Know your breed
Terrier dogs are named after their district of origin, hence this explains the reason why there are so many different terriers. Airedale terriers originated from the valley of Aire. Airedales are known as the King of terriers, but in ancient days they were called "water side terriers." They are the largest of the water terrier breed, whose size and strength are said to come from the otterhound, while their appearance came from Terriers (An otterhound is a large dog of a breed with a long rough-coated hound with an imposing head, used for hunting. It has a great strength and a strong body with long striding steps, used in otter hunting). Below I have four of picture terrier dogs: Lakeland Terrier, Welsh terrier , Airedale Terrier, and a Norfolk terrier. Can you guess which one is an Airedale terrier, Welsh terrier, Norfolk terrier, and a Lakeland terrier?
